What is your Return Policy?

30-Day "NO RISK" Return Policy

At Jewelry Masters™ your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. We understand that each purchase is an important personal statement. Our jewelry catalogue is designed to convey the very sentiments that you intended to express. If that is not the case, you can simply return or exchange your purchase within a 30-day period - no questions asked.

Are there certain products which are non-returnable?

All merchandise must be in its original condition upon return. Items that have been custom ordered, ordered on layaway, resized, engraved, damaged, or worn will not be accepted for a refund under any circumstances. Custom orders are defined as any product which is not already listed on the site or any item that is currently listed that is changed or altered to meet the customer's specifications. Contoured wedding bands and eternity bands are a final sale and are non-returnable. Orders canceled before shipment incur a 20% re-stocking fee.

How will I receive my refund?

Generally, payments will be refunded back to your credit card. If you paid by check or money order a company check will be issued.

How long will the refund process take?

Usually refunds are initiated within 5 days of the completion of product inspection.

How do I return a product?

Step 1). Email info@thejewelrymaster.com to request a Return Authorization Code

Step 2). Pack your return.
Secure the merchandise and jewelry appraisal certificate inside the original jewelry box or bag. Enclose all original packaging, including diamond certificates and appraisal forms (where applicable). Use the original delivery box, if possible.

Enclose a document listing the following information:

  • 1. Your name
  • 2. Your return address
  • 3. Daytime phone number
  • 4. Original order number
  • 5. Return Authorization Code

Step 3). Ship your return.

For security reasons, do not write Jewelry Masters on the outside of the box.

Your shipment must be fully insured for the total amount of the purchase price. In addition, please request a return receipt so that you can verify the delivery of your return.

Shipping options are as follows:

  • 1. USPS - Registered Mail with Insurance and Signature Confirmation
  • 2. FEDEX - with Insurance and Signature Confirmation
  • 3. UPS - with Insurance and Signature Confirmation

Step 4). Check your e-mail.
We will send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has been processed and the proper account has been credited. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.

* Jewelry Masters will not accept non-insured returns. Non-insured packages, and improperly packed packages will be returned to sender. All returns must have a signature required when the package is delivered back to us.
Jewelry Masters is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipment.

I didn't select free shipping. Is the shipping cost refundable?

Shipping cost paid by the buyer is non-refundable.

Will the sales tax be refunded in the case I cancel or return my order?

Yes. Sales tax is fully refundable.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We make every effort to ensure timely shipping of your item. Generally orders are ready within a few business days from the date of purchase. Custom orders, more complex settings and changing the size of the ring will take more time.

Is my jewelry item safe while it is being shipped?

For the safe arrival of your package, please note the following:

1. Shipments must be made to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes).
2. All purchases over $500 require a signature and insurance. Signatories must be 18 years or older; and
3. Shipments are only made to the billing address listed on file with your credit card company. If you prefer to have a package delivered to an alternate address for convenience or to conceal your surprise, please contact your credit card company and provide them with that address to expedite the shipping process.

Does Jewelry Masters offer Free Shipping?

Yes. Jewelry Masters is pleased to offer free shipping with the United States Postal Service on all jewelry purchases. To ensure total customer satisfaction, each exquisite piece of hand crafted jewelry is visually inspected by our quality control team prior to shipment. Thereafter, your item will be hand placed in a elegant jewelry box; which is in turn put in a gift box. The gift box is securely packaged and delivered to your door within a few days.

Do you ship internationally?

Jewelry Masters reserves the right to refuse international shipments to certain countries at our discretion. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you immediately.

Carriers sometimes take 24-48 hours to update their system with tracking information. Please check back again after 48 hours have past.

I want to pay with a money order or cashier's check, who do I make it out to?

Please make cashier's checks and money orders payable to: JEWELRY MASTERS.

I want to pay with a bank wire, what information will I need?

You will need our banking information along with our account number, routing number and swift code. A sales representative will provide that information to you upon request.

I want to pay with a Western Union or MoneyGram wire transfer, what information will I need?

To make a wire transfer you will need to provide Western Union or MoneyGram with our company name and address.

I want to pay with cash, what do I need to do?

Cash payments are accepted at our storefront.

Do you accept payments in currencies other than U.S. Dollars?

No. All payments are required in US Dollars.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not accept Cash on Delivery at this time.

What should I do if my credit card payment does not go through?

If your payment does not go through the most common reason is that a shipping address other than your billing address was provided. In some instances your credit card company can be blocking the transaction for your protection. Call 1-888-59-JEWEL and one of our customer service representatives can assist you further.

Is it safe to shop online using my debit card or credit card?

We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than Jewelry Masters. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser when completing your payment. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https".

Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don’t permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you’ll be unable to connect to the server so you won’t have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connection. Does Jewelry Masters charge sales tax?

Standard California state sales tax of 10.25% applies to all orders shipped within the state of California. Orders shipped to all other locations are not subjected to sales tax
