To ensure total customer satisfaction; each exquisite piece of handcrafted jewelry is visually inspected by our quality control team prior to shipment. Thereafter, your item will be hand placed in a handsome jewelry box; which is in turn put in a gift box. The gift box is securely packaged and delivered to your door within a few days.

Safe Arrival

All of your purchases are guaranteed to arrive in excellent condition. As evidenced by Jewelry Masters “No Questions Asked,” 30-Day return policy.

For the safe arrival of your package, please note the following:

1. Shipments must be made to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes);
2. All deliveries require a signature. Signatories must be 18 years or older; and
3. Shipments are only made to the billing address listed on file with your credit card company. If you prefer to have a package delivered to an alternate address for convenience or to conceal your surprise, please contact your credit card company and provide them with that address to expedite the shipping process.

International Shipments

Please note that Jewelry Masters reserves the right to refuse international shipments to certain countries at our discretion. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you immediately.
